Andrea currently serves as the Head of People at WebMD, where she champions employee engagement and drives initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. She is also the author of “There’s an Elephant in Your Office,” a book focused on addressing mental health in the workplace, and the host of The HR Scoop, an award-winning podcast that explores pressing HR topics.

Andrea holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University. She is also certified in Human Resources Management and is an accredited Fierce Conversation Facilitator, Personalysis Facilitator, and Social + Emotional Intelligence Coach.
